The Terms govern access to Meridian. The Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund handling for paid subscriptions. The Privacy Policy explains Meridian's own handling of personal data. The DPA applies only where an organization uses Meridian as its processor and becomes binding when incorporated into a signed order or service agreement. The provider list identifies external services and distinguishes processors from independent controllers.
Current activation boundary
The public product is a synthetic-data sandbox. The legal operator is identified and the EUR 99 monthly Paddle product exists, but live checkout remains locked until its signed webhook and controlled payment/refund tests pass. Production connectors, real-data processing, identity verification, and participant payouts remain separately gated.
